  Horrible. There is this lady Barbara (can't tell if she's a hostess or a cleaning girl), acting like she owns the place. We went in around 7 pm to be (not) welcomed by her sour face and "don't come here!". When I asked if we can sit down, her reply came very aggressive: "you can sit but no one will serve you!". Excuse me? There were people at tables too but she just walked by and threw her rocky words again: "Go to the bar!".
  This is unacceptable. According to the reception clerk, they were supposed to be open till 8 pm (December 29, why only till 8 pm when all the other restaurants in the area were closed and this was the only one open at 7 pm?), so there was one more hour to serve us. Her attitude and body language was awful. Somebody needs to teach this lady how to behave with customers who DO PAY MOST OF HER income while at the lounge. If we see her anywhere from now on, we will avoid the place she is at. That's all.
